\n\u2022 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
\n\u2022 Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
\n\u2022 Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
\n\u2022 Ensuring the ware house is cleaned, neat and organized at all time.
\n\u2022 Assist in purchasing stationary for stores and head office as needed
\n\u2022 Maintains staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
\n\u2022 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
\n\u2022 Contact the local suppliers for maintenance quotation and purchasing tools\/equipment in stores and ware house as approved by managing manager.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all shrinkages reports will be sent to Merchandizing department for reporting.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with accounting department to prepare the payment to suppliers as needed.
\n\u2022 Manage the stock take for the ware house base on the scheduling.

Requirements of the position<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor or Master in management or related field.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 year experiences on warehouse management with private sector.
\n\u2022 Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance, Judgment
\n\u2022 Supervisory management skills;
